Controller : Yes - Includes one controller in good working order. All directions and buttons tested and working well on this console. 

Cables : Includes a stereo AV cable and a Japanese 100v AC adapter (**Please ensure that you are able to power and use this console in your country before buying. You may need a power step coverter in order to use it safely.)
