Console : Good condition. Plays games with clear video and sound. Working well. There are a few scuff marks on the side of the console but otherwise it looks good and works properly. Includes modern aftermarket Japanese AC adapter, AV cable, and matching NEC PC Engine Core Grafx controller.
 
Controller : Yes - The controller included is the matching PC Engine Core Grafx controller. Tested and working well. 

Cables : Includes modern aftermarket Japanese AC adapter and AV cable.

Box : Yes - There is scuffing and wear on the box. There is a crumple on one of the corners and a tear on one side with tape over it (see photos). Matching serial number with console and manual. 
Manual : Yes - Good condition. Matching serial number with console and box.

Used item in good condition. Tested and working. 
Genuine NEC PC Engine console from Japan. This is not a PC Engine Mini.
